Walnut Peaks
Walnut Peaks is an end-grain walnut board with a pattern that looks like a mountain range at golden hour—deep, smoky walnut with lighter “peaks” rising through the grain. The layout is meticulously arranged so the design reads bold from across the kitchen, then gets even better up close.
Built end grain for the long game, it has that satisfying little give under your knife edge—great for daily chopping and kinder to blades over time. It’s equal parts workhorse and showpiece: ready for serious prep, and absolutely willing to steal the spotlight when you slide out a charcuterie spread or bread course.
A kitchen companion that can truly do it all!

A block like this deserves a good rub.
Jack Wax is our food-safe beeswax blend. A regular rub (every few uses or every few weeks) keeps your board fresh, hydrated and protected. For heavy duty users, consider our Jack Pack.
The Wooded Difference
We don't just glue wood together — we study it. How the grain flows. Where the contrasts emerge. How nature's hidden patterns can come together into something that belongs in your kitchen for decades.
Every piece is arranged for visual harmony — we hand-pick the grain pattern for each board. End-grain construction is durable and easy on knives.
Every board's grain pattern is one of a kind. We hand-pick visually compelling hardwood lumber and carefully arrange the natural grain patterns to make a board inspired by nature's contrasts.
Fewer joints, superior stability, and less visual interruption. We build from thicker, handpicked, top-shelf hardwood, sourced in New England.
Our boards are crafted on Cape with heirloom quality for a more durable board.
Cared for, a Wooded board outlasts everything else in your kitchen.
