Boards from our Single Edition collections (Board Singles, Top of the Block) are inspected and touched up before being carefully packed and shipped to you. Please expect a 2–3 business day handling time for standard orders. If able, we'll expedite handling on orders upon request, or by assumption if you purchase expedited shipping.

Custom boards are built-to-order and will require more processing time. For build times on custom boards, refer to the product page or contact us.

Our standard lineup of custom, build-to-order boards are included in the Wooded Designs collection. Otherwise, we are happy to entertain requests and custom orders for cutting boards as capacity permits.

We offer a 90-day hardware warranty on our wood boards, and 30 days for our other products, in the event that they are defective. For boards, defects include issues like cracking, significant warping and other issues that impair the functionality of the board. This does not include damage from neglect, water/liquid or dishwasher damage.

Please note, due to the sensitivity of food-contact wood surfaces and consumable waxes, we can't accept returns for other reasons.

Your board arrives finished and ready to use. After washing, simply dry it upright and re-oil periodically with a food-safe mineral oil or our Jack Wax Rapid Rub.

Never submerge your board in water or put it in the dishwasher. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture on one side — it can cause warping. With a little care, your board will last for decades.
