Shipping policy

At Wooded Carving Company, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We know you’re excited to receive your purchase, and we do our best to process and ship all orders promptly.

Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. However, please note that our Wooded Designs and other made-to-order products will have an extended handling time for assembly and finishing, as indicated the description of those products. We take great pride in the quality of our work, and this extra care ensures each item meets our highest standards before it reaches your doorstep.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Delays & Custom Work
In rare cases, additional time may be needed for custom orders, finishing touches, or high-volume periods. If there’s a delay beyond our typical timeline, we’ll reach out to keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination. For economy shipping, we charge a flat rate of $5 for orders under $50. Economy shipping for orders over $50 is offered at no cost.
